Returns & Refunds policy

At ApplyKaro.in, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a partial refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The work or service has not been completed satisfactorily as per the agreed scope.

  • A refund request is raised before completion of service delivery or project initiation (whichever is earlier).

Refund Charges:

  • A 20% processing fee or a maximum of ₹500 (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be applicable in the following scenarios:

  • If the service has been completed and delivered as per the scope of work.

  • If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the client.

  • Delay caused due to client-side issues or lack of cooperation.

  • If the request is raised after completion of service initiation/delivery.

  • If Govt. Fee paid, it will be not refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at support@applykaro.in or WhatsApp Number with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Order/Service Reference Number

  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Supporting Documents (if any)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
